Isn't she gorgeous and only 13... she has a such great fashion, I loved all the outfits she brought along for her photo session, which was a birthday gift from her mother. That is just sweetest gift ever, right! I use to babysit Miss Victoria, she was just a little peanut, now she has legs that go on forever...
